This guide walks through the core DropTrack workflow: add a track, put it in a playlist, and send it to contacts in an email campaign.

Part 1: Add a Track
- Go to Promotion > Tracks.
- Click Add Track.
- Choose a source: DropTrack for an audio upload, SoundCloud for a SoundCloud URL, or Spotify for a Spotify track URL.
- For uploads, click Upload Track(s) and choose an MP3, WAV, or AIFF file.
- Open the track detail page to review or edit title, artist, genre, BPM, key, ISRC, artwork, and other metadata.
- Click Save Changes after editing track details.
Part 2: Create a Playlist
- Go to Promotion > Playlists.
- Click Create Playlist.
- Add a playlist name, description, and artwork.
- Open the playlist and use Add Track in the Playlist Tracks section to add music.
- Optionally add images or documents such as press materials.
Part 3: Send Your First Email Campaign
Go to Promotion > Campaigns and click Start New Campaign. The builder has five steps:
- Music - select a playlist, or choose to send email without music.
- Message - add your campaign name, email subject and message. Set download rules, watermarking when available, passwords, expiration, and notifications here.
- Design - choose a template or custom design and preview it. You can send yourself a test.
- Audience - choose contacts, contact lists, or segments.
- Review - check each section, then send now or schedule delivery.
You can save a draft and return later. See Creating Your First Email Campaign for the full walkthrough.
