Cancelling a subscription or ad campaign does not automatically refund a payment. Eligibility depends on your purchase offer, the terms that apply to that purchase, and applicable law.
Monthly and Annual Pro Subscriptions
If your first purchase included a money-back guarantee, follow the cancellation and claim instructions within its advertised period. An annual plan does not automatically receive a prorated refund when you cancel.
The published payment and refund terms explain the limits for monthly software subscriptions and other completed charges. Check the effective date on that page and the previous version linked there when reviewing an earlier purchase. Your specific offer and any applicable legal rights still apply.
Unused Ad Budget
Pause a live campaign before cancelling it from the Ad Campaigns dashboard. Cancellation ends that campaign. It does not itself issue or confirm a refund to your card.
Check your ad wallet balance and transaction history. Wallet credit and a refund to your original payment method are different outcomes. For a refund review, contact support with the campaign name and payment date. We will review unused budget, delivered or committed spend, service fees, and the terms shown at purchase. See the advertising terms.
Request a Refund Review
Open a support ticket or email support@droptrack.com. Include your account email, artist or label name, payment date, amount, and the subscription or campaign involved. Do not send full card details or passwords.
Support will confirm the outcome and any approved amount. Your payment provider may take additional time to show an approved refund. Done-for-You services and Guaranteed Listen submissions have separate terms; identify the service when you contact us.
